Photographic Artist Karen Shackles is proud to announce the grand opening of her online gallery and art store, Sojourns Art Gallery.

"Throughout my life, my creative endeavors have held hobby status, or else I've striven to somehow channel my creative juices into the performance of my day job. But I have finally taken the leap into building my art into a real business. So, I'm super excited to announce the grand opening of Sojourns Art Gallery, my online gallery and art store. I chose the name Sojourns to embody the artistic journey of my life, as well as to reflect the many adventures I go on in the creation of my art."

Karen's art is rooted in nature - plants, animals, and landscapes. She has also begun a new Micro Portraits project: "I'm really excited about this project.
